 90 Days & Prior : No Cancellation

 89 day & after : 50% retention charges of the total booking amount

 60 day & after : 100% retention charges of the total booking amount

                                                                  TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 Government Taxes will be applicable 18% extra on total billing. 

 Minimum guaranteed person will be charged if the guest will turn up less than the minimum 

   guaranteed. 

 Food shall be prepared only for 110% of the number of the guests guaranteed. Should the 

    number of persons exceed 10% of the guaranteed number, the hotel would be unable to ensure 

    consistency in the quality of food and service. 

 Peace and quiet has to be maintained at all times so that there is no disturbance to other guests. 

 The hotel would not be responsible for the loss of any valuables. It is advised that you use the 

  safe in the room / the lockers available with front office. 

 Any damage/loss to the property would have to be borne by the hosts and settled prior to 

  departure / at the end of the function. 

 Hotel would provide for up to 5 KVA of electricity per hall. In case your requirement is likely to 

  exceed the same, we suggest you to arrange for your own generator. 

 Pan card copy of the organisation / host is mandatory for any cash transaction/billing of 

   Rs.50,000/- & above 

 Above mentioned rates are only for the particular dates, It cannot be applied for any other date 

  or events. 

 Eatable & drinkable items not allowed in swimming pool area. 

 Government issues Photo ID is required to check in at the hotel. 

 All extras or incidental charges eg. telephone, taxi, internet, food, will be charged at the time of 

  check-out. 

 All Credit card payments incur a surcharge (Visa & Master 2%, Amex 2.5 %).
